One question I that did crop up is, Has the "dll file" installed correctly and in the right location????

To be honest I don't know or know how to check which revision levelCan you tell me which revision level you use for XR25 cable drivers ?
I am using Vista 32bit(?)Also which OS you use ?
AS you can see from the screen shot the "USB serial port COM5" appears in the COM & LTP list and not inthe USB list??You talk about "COM ports & USBports".

I have tried it various ways, before and after I managed to get "COM5" to appear but it still will not work?Do you launch TunerPro AFTER connecting the cable to your computer ? If you first connect the XR25 diag probe to the computer (and NOT to the car), then wait for COM is given by windows, then launch TPv5, your COM port MUST appear in the "FenixParser" plug-in in TunerPro RT.
